awesome place to relax!
quick transferbeautiful roomaccessible beachcrowded lunchtime
the room was beautiful double and it was huge! english tv channels were a nice surprise. the coral reef was fantastic. It seemed like swimming in a giant tropical fish tank.
I found the dining experience in bayview a bit hectic during lunchtime! it was very busy. I suggest visiting around 2 pm when it starts to quiet down.

The lifeguards were helpful. They always put up parasols with a smile! mohamed and esam at the relax pool deserve special recognition. They walked miles each day ensuring everyone was comfortable. bottled water was always readily available.

it's easy to get back to the pools where a good breeze always awaits you. it created easy transition between the sea and relaxation.

Sunset court offered great service! mohamed always had a smile and a great sense of humor. the food was delicious everywhere. There was a huge choice so we enjoyed every meal. bottled water was always available too!

The hotel had a nice relax pool where i spent most of my time. The bar staff there, gehad in particular, were very good. emma from guest relations also helped sort things out for me. I trusted her to resolve issues that arose.
the hotel seemed outdated, it was probably prestigious some years ago. worn-out elements included cracked tiles and damaged surfaceswith a sense of poor maintenance.

The hotel gardens were immaculate! it has a private beach perfect for diving. There were plenty of fish! we had waiter service to our deck chair. the staff were very helpful and attentive, constantly making sure we were happy with everything

i stayed for several nights and appreciated the facilities available. the hotel included three distinct swimming pools. the private beach access allowed convenient snorkeling at the coral reef. breakfast choices at three restaurants offered variety each morning.

The hotel features multiple pools and finding a sunbed at 10 am was possible.
The room was rather disappointing. It lacked some expected features for the category. the map provided was almost useless. I spent days trying to figure out where everything was located.

This hotel provided everything needed for great days. The service was efficient and the grounds were beautiful. Cleanliness stood out in the rooms and throughout the hotel. I advise anyone looking to spend relaxing time to visit this destination, as I did feel relaxed.
I found that the lack of English speakers among the staff was occasionally a challenge. This was not a huge problem, but it did require patience sometimes.

Sunset Court impressed me with its varied cuisine and quiet ambiance. I found a great choice of food every night, with included themed dining options enhancing the experience. Fisherman restaurant was a favorite for seafood.

The staff exhibited helpfulness and kindness, dedicated to guest satisfaction. They definitely went above expectations. Emma at customer service provided assistance when i needed it. Suliman on the beach also stood out for great service.
